Directions to Venue

Parking: There are two different options for parking at the Hyatt Regency Hotel.

Self-Parking: $20 per day with no in and out privileges. To self-park enter the Regency garage via Louisiana street. The Hyatt Hotel is connected to the Regency garage via a sky bridge on the garage 3rd floor. This garage is not associated with the hotel so payment must be made directly to the garage upon departure.

Valet: $17 per day with no in and out privileges or overnight. To valet park at the hotel enter valet via Polk Street.

Hotel Accommodations

If you need hotel accommodations, please note that we are able to offer a reduced guest room rate of $209 per night plus tax and fees on March 27 and 28. We recommend that you make reservations as far in advance as possible. To take advantage of the discounted rate of $209 plus tax and fees please make your reservation by Tuesday, February 28, 2017 and reserve your room online here.


Guests are also 100% responsible for the in-bound and out-bound shipping process. Please read the shipping instructions below. All materials shipped to and from the hotel are coordinated through the onsite Hyatt Regency FedEx office.

In-bound Shipping to the Hotel:

  • Materials shipped to the hotel prior to arrival/event require the Hyatt Regency Shipping Materials Form attached to the outside of each and every box.
  • If you purchase in-bound receiving with delivery your materials will be delivered to the event room by 6:30am on the morning of the event.
  • Please ensure that your packages are delivered at least one day but nor more than 3 days prior to the event to expedite handling.  Due to limited storage space a storage fee will be charged for items received more than 3 days before the event date.

Out-bound Shipping from the Hotel:

  • Guests are responsible for shipping their materials out of the hotel.
  • Please provide shipping labels and packing tape for your onsite contact to manage the return shipping. If you are using a company other than FedEx or UPS, please coordinate those arrangements through the onsite FedEx office, 713-651-8046.
  • Once your materials are packed for out-bound shipping at the end of the event, please drop them off in the FedEx store located in the hotel lobby.
  • Stone Fort Group and the Hyatt Hotel are not responsible for items not shipped out or left behind.

Please note that guests may also deliver their materials on their own to the venue. The most convenient way to do this is by parking in valet and using a cart to bring your items to the third floor Imperial Ballroom.
