Brett Kummer is a talent acquisition expert with a decade of experience managing global recruitment teams and matching candidates with their dream jobs. He is currently the Global Talent Acquisition Leader at Fluor which oversees all salaried sourcing and staffing. Brett’s professional passions include talent acquisition strategy, executing change management, workforce planning, and exploring innovation opportunities within recruitment scope.
Prior to his career in human resources, Brett attended Texas Christian University in Fort Worth, TX and earned a BBA Degree in Finance and a BS Degree in Economics. Bhavini Patel is a Director for advisory services with KPMG LLP, the U.S. audit, tax and advisory services firm. She has nearly 15 years of consulting experience, including HR Process Design, HR Service Delivery, HR Cloud Technology, HR Risk Assessments, Change Management and Training.
In KPMG’s People and Change Advisory Services practice, Bhavini works with a wide variety of clients in multiple industries – Healthcare, Oil and Gas, Financial Services, Insurance, Education, Life Sciences and Pharmaceuticals, Retail, Manufacturing, Professional Services, and Hospitality. She has led and executed the delivery of Change Management, Organizational Design and Training for various HR Transformations; managed multiple global HR and Payroll Transformation engagement to insource people, process, and technology from third party vendor to in-house shared services center; and performed numerous HR current state assessments to evaluate maturity, identify gaps, and develop an implementation roadmap to optimize the HR function through standardization, centralization, automation, and compliance.
