SC4200 is a 2×2 MIMO radio, delivering best-in-class performance and efficiency in a miniature package. It is ideal for use in portable and embedded applications where size, weight, power or cost are key.
By integrating the Streamcaster 4200 the operational range and effectiveness of the Pulse Aerospace Vapor 55 has been greatly expanded upon. The modular radio allows for high bandwidth data transmission for both C2 as well as payload data transmission. With the Vapor 55 fully integrated with the SC 4200 Pulse Aerospace has been able to demonstrate >20Mbs at distances greater than 10 miles.
With BVLOS being highly anticipated as one of the next steps for the FAA to fully integrate UAS into the national airspace, effective and proven pairings of UAS and communication links will be a critical step in the approval process.
