Darryl Hood serves as Delivery Manager of Hiring and On-boarding and contingent labor for Baker Hughes North America. He has been with Baker Hughes in Talent Acquisition since 2013 supporting multiple groups. Mr. Hood has more than 26 years of experience in the upstream Oil & Gas industry and has held positions in Operations, Talent Management, Talent Acquisition, Quality and HSE. Mr. Hoods holds a B.A. degree in Human Resources.

Coming up from the marketing side of business, he uses that backdrop to understanding candidate and employee experience to support various organizations through his career. Lisa Kinsey’s expertise lies in organizational strategy, culture change and project alignment and execution. With over 17 years of experience, she has been on the forefront of change and transformed businesses and cultures through people-focused strategies. Lisa has held numerous leadership positions including Vice President, Corporate Human Resources & Organizational Development for Willbros Group and Vice President, Organizational Development for National Oilwell Varco. Her past experience spans over multiple functions including sales & operations, contract negotiation, marketing, HSE, human resources and training & development, both domestic and global.

Lisa has gained hands-on knowledge within the oil and gas and energy industry, specially within field operations, manufacturing, distribution and executive management supporting Board of Director activities. She was selected as a Certified Partner with Predictive Index in 2016. Lisa graduated from Texas A&M University with a Bachelors in Business Administration in Marketing & International Business and holds a MBA from the University of Houston. She has received various certifications covering strategic HR, culture transformation, leadership development, training and coaching

Brett KummerSenior Manager of Global Talent Acquisition, Fluor

Brett Kummer is a talent acquisition expert with a decade of experience managing global recruitment teams and matching candidates with their dream jobs. He is currently the Global Talent Acquisition Leader at Fluor which oversees all salaried sourcing and staffing. Brett’s professional passions include talent acquisition strategy, executing change management, workforce planning, and exploring innovation opportunities within recruitment scope.

Prior to his career in human resources, Brett attended Texas Christian University in Fort Worth, TX and earned a BBA Degree in Finance and a BS Degree in Economics. Outside of work, Brett enjoys time with his family, traveling, golf, cycling, and participating in philanthropy opportunities within the Houston community.

Bhavini PatelDirector for Advisory Services, KPMG

Bhavini Patel is a Director for advisory services with KPMG LLP, the U.S. audit, tax and advisory services firm. She has nearly 15 years of consulting experience, including HR Process Design, HR Service Delivery, HR Cloud Technology, HR Risk Assessments, Change Management and Training.

In KPMG’s People and Change Advisory Services practice, Bhavini works with a wide variety of clients in multiple industries – Healthcare, Oil and Gas, Financial Services, Insurance, Education, Life Sciences and Pharmaceuticals, Retail, Manufacturing, Professional Services, and Hospitality. She has led and executed the delivery of Change Management, Organizational Design and Training for various HR Transformations; managed multiple global HR and Payroll Transformation engagement to insource people, process, and technology from third party vendor to in-house shared services center; and performed numerous HR current state assessments to evaluate maturity, identify gaps, and develop an implementation roadmap to optimize the HR function through standardization, centralization, automation, and compliance.
